It's that time of year where sickness runs rampant, and college is
no exception to that! As the seasons change and the weather gets colder, your
student will want to pay Health Services a visit to stay healthy.
Student Health Services is here to make sure that your student is happy and healthy. There are a variety of things available through Student Health Services such as:
- Physical exams
- Annual exams and pap tests
- Urgent care visits for diagnosis or follow-up
- Rapid Strep A throat swabs
- Blood glucose testing
- Allergy injections
- And....FLU SHOTS!
Student Health Services offers FREE flu shots for
all day students, no appointment necessary. For interested evening students,
those shots are $15. Just come in during regular hours, Monday-Friday,
8:30-11:30AM, and 1-4PM.
Remember: sneeze on your arm, not your hands; wash those hands; and
drink plenty of fluids!
